Overview: We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the food preparation and production in our kitchen. Your leadership and culinary skills will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Duties: - Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals according to menu specifications - Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and hygiene standards - Manage inventory and order supplies as needed - Collaborate with the management team to create new menu items and specials - Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Monitor portion control and minimize waste - Adhere to all health and safety regulations Experience: - Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team - Exceptional creativity and attention to detail in food presentation - Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and customer preferences - Familiarity with food safety regulations - Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred If you are passionate about creating delicious dishes, have excellent leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
