Your Skills, Experience & Qualifications: The ability to manage a range of approaches to behaviour, including managing behaviours that challenge. Able to work collaboratively with good interpersonal skills. Good numeracy, literacy and ICT skills. Able to work within the parameters of the physical demands of the job role. Key duties: Working alongside the teaching staff to support learning and provide further explanation to young people where needed.
