Earn £27,338 per yearand great benefits including Health Cash Plan
Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) plus on call shift payment of £14.30 per session
Worcestershire - primarily within our Worcester services.
We cant offer a CoS for this role

What youll do
* Youll be the Safeguarding Lead and will manageour passionate and dedicated team of Support Workers and Coordinators
* Being present within the service to understand how it runs and identify opportunities to improve quality
* Stepping in during crisis situations and supporting customers with empathy and professionalism
* Overseeing maintenance issues and managing the service budget effectively
* Attending multi-agency meetings and steering groups to represent and develop the service
