The Role
The Technical Trainer will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive training to both internal and external teams. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing training courses tailored to the company’s product range.
* Ensuring a high pass rate through effective training methods.
* Learn and maintain a high level of knowledge of the company’s product range.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and managers to ensure effective and comprehensive training is provided to clients.
* Contributing to tasks and keeping to agreed deadlines.
Requirements
* Experience as an Engineer/ Technician in the Navy is a must.
* Strong knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
* Previous experience as a technical trainer or in a similar role is desirable.
* Ability to adapt and learn complex technical engineering concepts.
* Happy to operate in a field-based role.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident and able to speak in front of large groups.
