Location: London Hybrid (with international travel)
Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 base + £30,000 OTE

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Membership Sales Manager to lead the acquisition and engagement of new Campden Club members. This is a pivotal role for someone with a strong sales pedigree, exceptional communication skills, and the drive to operate at the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Converting leads from marketing and our own internal CRM database through a relationship-based approach
* Generate new leads from market research, referrals, leveraging social media and where necessary cold calling.
* Manage the sales pipeline to successfully convert leads and successfully close memberships
* Cultivate and manage relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices
* Represent Campden Club at international events and meetings, requiring regular travel
* Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders in both written and spoken formats
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaigns and target appropriate markets through social media and direct marketing/sales.
* Operate independently with minimal supervision, delivering results in a high-trust environment
About You:
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior sales, business development, or relationship management role
* Ideally multilingual, with a cultural fluency suited to global high-net-worth audiences
* Experience in a membership-based environment is beneficial but not essential.
* Smart, articulate, and intellectually confident, with a polished professional presence
* Highly self-motivated and goal-driven, with a clear track record of success
Compensation & Benefits:
* Competitive base salary: £75,000 – £80,000
* Performance bonus: £30,000 OTE (based on 25+ member acquisitions)
