It is known for its innovative, high-quality products supplied across UK retail and international markets. The business is now seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to support operations at their Redditch manufacturing facility. This is a key role within the Engineering and Maintenance team, responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of electrical systems and production equipment across the site. The Role The successful candidate will play an important part in maintaining and improving site equipment performance, with a 60:40 bias towards electrical engineering, while still supporting mechanical maintenance activities where required. Working closely with production, maintenance, and technical teams, the Multi Skilled Engineer Engineer will help ensure minimal downtime, improve asset reliability, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation.
