Responsibilities:
* Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
* Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs
* Coordinate with Parts department to obtain necessary parts
* Update service manager and service advisor on repair timelines and completion
* Identify upsell opportunities and communicate them to the service advisor
Requirements:
* MMI Graduate or 3+ years of dealership experience
* Knowledge of all aspects of motorcycle repair
* Own your own tools for service, repair, and customization in accordance with factory specifications
* Maintain technical qualifications through web-based and instructor-led training
* Team player, self-motivated, with good communication skills and attention to detail
* Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
* Drug-free and acceptable background check
* Motorcycle endorsement – free riding academy available
* Commitment to professional development and personal growth
