Purpose of the Role: The Senior Demand Generation Marketing Executive accelerates high‑quality pipeline growth across B2B markets through data‑driven, digitally led marketing programmes with a strong emphasis on Account‑Based Marketing (ABM), marketing automation and continuous performance optimisation.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead and grow Axians UK’s social media presence, ensuring consistent brand alignment.
* Develop, deliver and optimise integrated digital campaigns to increase traffic, engagement and pipeline.
* Create and execute multi‑channel digital initiatives, including paid media, organic SEO, email, automation and nurture programmes.
* Produce high‑impact digital assets such as blogs, videos and thought‑leadership content that support brand positioning and campaign goals.
* Serve as the marketing champion for HubSpot, overseeing workflows, segmentation, automation, lead scoring, and reporting.
* Manage funnel performance, including scoring, segmentation, conversion optimisation and attribution.
* Lead data‑driven decision‑making to improve campaign targeting, efficiency and ROI.
* Develop and execute ABM programmes with tailored messaging for high‑value target accounts and segments.
* Use data to identify personas, triggers and intent signals; leverage AI tools to optimise campaign planning and performance.
* Identify opportunities to integrate AI across the marketing funnel and drive automation initiatives for personalised engagement.
* Adopt responsible AI usage, ensuring alignment with brand, compliance and transparency guidelines.
* Report on monthly KPIs (engagement, traffic, bounce rates, conversions, ROI) and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Execute A/B testing of messaging, creative, and workflows to optimise performance.


Key Skills & Competencies

* Strong social media experience and passion for audience engagement.
* Proficient in data analysis, segmentation and optimisation techniques.
* Deep understanding of ABM strategy and execution.
* Expertise in HubSpot (automation, scoring, workflows) and similar marketing automation systems.
* Experience with AI‑enabled prospecting and personalisation.
* Content creation focused on digital performance and thought leadership.
* Skilled in digital performance analytics and reporting.
* Solid grasp of funnel metrics and attribution modelling.


Experience & Qualifications

* Proven experience in a B2B, preferably tech‑focused digital demand generation or growth marketing role.
* Strong background in digital campaign execution, automation and lead management.
* Proficiency using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Demonstrated capability in ABM and data‑led targeting.
