Job Overview
Sky News is looking for an ambitious, experienced producer with a proven track‑record of delivering news‑making investigations. You will work closely with Sky News talent and teams to drive high‑impact video investigations, primarily focused on politics, institutions and accountability. This role demands outstanding editorial judgement, leadership of teams, and the ability to deliver premium content from concept to broadcast.
What You’ll Do
* Identify, develop and deliver agenda‑setting investigations across video formats and platforms, ensuring the content is premium, high‑quality and publication‑ready.
* Collaborate closely with high‑profile talent, production teams and newsroom stakeholders to tell the stories that matter.
* Lead project teams, including mentoring and developing journalists.
* Take ownership of projects, manage resources flexibly, and drive complex stories from start to finish.
* Exercise exceptional editorial judgement, ensuring investigations are editorially robust and impactful.
What You’ll Bring

* Expertise in video journalism and an excellent understanding of digital‑first and emerging formats.

How You’ll Work
We have adopted a hybrid working approach that offers flexibility on where and how we work. The role is fully onsite at our Millbank office, but you will have the opportunity to collaborate from home where appropriate.
