What You'll Be Working On
* A broad range of employment litigation, including:
o Complex multi‑day tribunal hearings
o Whistleblowing and detriment claims
o Equality Act and discrimination matters
o High Court actions, including injunctions and contract disputes
* Direct engagement with clients across sectors including:
o Private corporate clients
o NHS and wider health bodies
o Education institutions
o Government departments and public bodies
o Financial services organisations
Requirements
* A qualified lawyer with strong employment litigation experience
* Confidence managing complex cases and client relationships
