The Opportunity
You will focus on a variety of engagements including profit improvement, debt restructuring, trade-On’s, liquidations, voluntary administrations, and receiverships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Applying checklists and quality control procedures to client engagements;
* Planning, monitoring, and executing corporate insolvency engagements;
* Preparing reports to creditors and financiers;
* Compiling information, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations;
* Maintaining accurate working papers and filing appropriately;
* Completing investigations and reporting contraventions timely; and
* Participating in training and development programs to stay current with the corporate market.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
* Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Law, or relevant fields;
* Studying or interested in pursuing CA/CPA qualifications;
* Excellent communication skills;
* A drive to build a career in restructuring and insolvency;
* Strong time management, proactive attitude, and attention to detail;
* Problem-solving, financial analysis, and investigative skills;
* Ability to collaborate in a team environment; and
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
