As Finance and Admin Assistant you will provide financial and administrative support to the Assistant Finance Manager for the Distribution Centre, delivering timely and accurate value added services.
As part of your key responsibilities youll:
* Maintain time and attendance system, including holiday and sick records
* Allocate and order product
* Raise and receipt purchase orders, credit card transactions and maintain purchasing logs
* Report on Working Time Directive
* Collate payroll and agency hours for payroll and purchasing and submit payroll
* Provide cover for reception area and other Finance and Admin Assistants as required
* Assist with period end trading.
* Assist with collation of weekly reports required for quicks
* Ensure all accounting policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
