About Mindflow
Mindflow is a charity dedicated to bringing mental health to the heart of the construction industry. We exist to tackle the mental health challenges facing construction workers across the UK by combining on-site support, industry-wide advocacy, and the unifying power of football.
Through initiatives such as Talk Football, Talk Mental Health sessions and the Mindflow Charter, we work with employers, partners, and communities to reduce stigma, encourage open conversations, and support long-term cultural change. Our approach is rooted in connection and accessibility—using football as a universal language to engage workers who may otherwise feel unable to speak up. By creating safe, supportive environments and working collaboratively across the sector, we aim to ensure that no one in construction has to struggle in silence.
We recognise that strong candidates may bring a range of experiences. If you are excited about this role but do not meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We embrace diversity and equality and want our employees to be comfortable bringing their whole selves to work. We are committed to building a team with a variety of backgrounds, skills and views. Creating a culture of Equality isn’t just the right thing to do, it improves every aspect of our charity.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Head of Operations / General Manager to help shape and deliver Mindflow’s next phase of growth and impact.

Oversee and grow key programmes, including National Match-Ups and Charter initiatives. Ensure programmes are inclusive, impactful, and measurable. Use data and insights to inform learning and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong, values-led relationships with partners, funders, and stakeholders. Provide clear and timely updates to the Board of Trustees.
About You

Strong people leadership skills and a collaborative, inclusive approach are essential, as is the confidence to operate at both strategic and operational levels. A genuine commitment to improving mental health and delivering social impact is key.
