Project Administrator - Operations \n\n12 month FTC\n\nHybrid - Theale 2 days a month\n\nWe are looking for a Project Administrator to play a key role in supporting our Operations Project Delivery team. You'll help coordinate and deliver strategic projects, manage data and reporting, and ensure governance and compliance across multiple workstreams.\n\nKey Responsibilities of the Project Administrator include:\n\nSupport project planning, reporting, and delivery across the estate\nCompile and assess data to highlight risks, trends, and opportunities\nMaintain accurate records and ensure timely updates for stakeholders\nAssist with supplier management and contract performance\nCollaborate with internal teams and promote safe working practices\nContribute to compliance with ISO standards and health & safety culture \n\nThe successful Project Administrator will have:\n\nStrong admin experience in a fast-paced environment\nFamiliarity with project management support\nExcellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nClear communication and stakeholder engagement\nConfidence working with large datasets and producing reports \n\nTo apply for the Project Administrator please...
