We are seeking skilled, bubbly, outgoing and confident Duty Managers to join our team. We are looking for individuals with a desire for flexible working, understand the importance of communication and can deliver exceptional customer service on weekday evenings, weekends & school holidays.
* Full time and part time positions are available (Min 20 hours - 40 hours per week)
* Performance based bonuses payable in addition to hourly wage.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
* Manage daily operations and activities to maintain high standards of service
* Complete, as well as delegate, tasks and duties
* Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
* Work with other managers to evaluate and improve the company's processes and policies
* Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and training as needed
* Monitor security procedures and implement emergency protocols
* Ensure consistency and compliance with standards, policies, and procedures
* Report and coordinate repairs and maintenance work
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
Previous experience
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
* Excellent communication abilities to interact with guests and staff members.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts diplomatically
