The role will manage the successful loyalty programme. You will be responsible for increasing revenue generated through the loyalty programme. You will analyze data to extract insights, identify trends, and find opportunities to improve performance. You should be highly skilled at manipulating information and creating clear, concise reports that inform and guide decision-making.
You will plan and deliver the global rollout of the loyalty programme across both company-owned and franchise models.
To be considered, you should have extensive experience in defining and implementing loyalty programme strategies within a global retail business.
