Head of Marketing – B2B Tech / SaaS Location: Warrington – Office Based Level: Senior Leadership | Reports to CEO Salary: - Negotiable My client is a high-growth international B2B technology / SaaS business and is hiring a Head of Marketing to take full ownership of its global marketing strategy and execution. This is not a generalist Head of Marketing role. The successful candidate must be extremely tech-savvy, commercially driven, and experienced in scaling enterprise B2B SaaS propositions. The role sits at the centre of revenue growth, product positioning, and go-to-market delivery. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a marketing function end-to-end within a proven tech organisation, working directly with the CEO and senior leadership team. The Role As Head of Marketing, you will: * Own and define the global marketing strategy across all regions and channels. * Establish a clear GTM and campaign planning rhythm, including quarterly planning and prioritisation. * Drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact, using a highly data-led, performance-focused approach. * Lead product positioning and technical messaging, working closely with Product and Sales to translate complex SaaS solutions into compelling value propositions. * Oversee and challenge external agencies and specialist partners, ensuring delivery against commercial objectives. * Create structure, process and clarity within marketing, laying the groundwork for a future in-house team. * Act as the senior marketing voice at exec level, influencing decisions across Sales, Product and Leadership. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the CEO. About You This role will suit someone who is: * A senior B2B marketing leader (Head of Marketing / Marketing Director) with 7 years’ experience. * Strongly grounded in technology and SaaS marketing — comfortable working with technical products, complex buying cycles and enterprise customers. * Experienced in multi-region / international B2B environments. * Commercially sharp, with a proven track record of pipeline generation and GTM execution. * Highly analytical and confident using data, metrics and reporting to drive decisions. * Comfortable building function, process and direction rather than inheriting a mature team. * Credible and influential at C-suite level, able to challenge and shape strategy. What Success Looks Like Within the first 12 months, you will have: * Built a structured, repeatable GTM and campaign framework. * Delivered clear, measurable improvements in pipeline contribution. * Led multiple successful product and solution launches. * Created a strong suite of sales enablement and technical marketing assets. * Defined an 18-month marketing strategy aligned to international growth plans.
