Recruitment Consultant (Construction Sector)

Key Responsibilities
* Research and contact new construction companies (main contractors, subcontractors, developers).
* Call and meet project managers, contract managers, and buyers to introduce Flamestar’s services.
* Present company profiles, accreditations, and manpower capabilities confidently and professionally.
* Generate and follow up leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn marketing.
* Work closely with the recruitment team to coordinate labour supply efficiently.
* Maintain client databases and achieve monthly business growth targets.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and speaking skills — confident on calls and in meetings.
* Strong marketing ability and persuasive personality.
* Solid knowledge of UK construction companies and site operations.
* Previous experience in construction recruitment, marketing, or business development preferred.
* Positive, energetic, and target‑driven attitude — must be office‑based and consistent with working hours.
