Base salary: GBP 40,000 - GBP 45,000 + Highly competitive commission structure (realistic OTE GBP 65,000 - GBP 90,000).

Responsibilities
1. Manage sales targets by selling equipment and services to existing and potential customers.
2. Attend face-to-face meetings.
3. Manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins.

6. Attend meetings with sales management and directors to discuss performance and strategy.
Candidate Profile
Proven sales experience, competent IT/CRM skills. Knowledge of machinery, mobile plant, or materials handling equipment is a plus, but all sales backgrounds are considered. Highly motivated with a professional, relationship-building approach.
