Sabre UK is looking for a Sales Manager – Inside Sales who will report to the Sales leader in our Sabre office. If you're a successful inside Sales Leader with demonstrated high growth history that would be able to replicate that success creating a brand new team in a fast transforming & fascinating environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Evolve annual territory sales strategy and execution; perform ongoing market landscape analysis and market research to identify top opportunities and risk
2. Partner with support organization to ensure effective management of customers and long-term commercial success
3. Implement and maintain effective sales management to provide current and accurate revenue projections and pipeline forecasts to support business growth
4. Provide regular detailed status and activity reporting in customer activities and solutions performance to leadership
5. Work closely with the marketing, customer engagement, product management, delivery, and consulting leaders to ensure activities (including marketing strategies, implementation, and execution) are aligned with the overall corporate strategy
6. Build, mentor, and manage an inside sales team capable of achieving ambitious sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
7. Innovate and optimize sales processes and strategies to improve overall sales productivity and efficiency.
8. Foster a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team, encouraging innovative approaches to customer acquisition and engagement.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
9. Minimum 8 years of relevant sales work experience
10. Proven experience selling and driving negotiations to a successful close
11. Passion and success managing and growing a sales organization
12. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams within a global matrix organization, with strong capabilities to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
13. Professional presence and business acumen with articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills
14. Strong people skills and extremely resourceful
15. Strong knowledge of the travel/hospitality markets and/or enterprise software space is a plus but Inside Sales experience would be the priority
16. Experience growing and building internal processes for scaling a sales team
17. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and Asana is a plus
