Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst
to be a key player in their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage & Optimise Data:
Keep our customer, supplier, asset, and system data clean, accurate, and up-to-date across multiple platforms.
* Champion Data Governance:
Enforce policies to uphold data quality, compliance, and consistency—because good data is the backbone of success.
* Collaborate & Solve:
Work hand-in-hand with teams from Finance to Operations to identify and fix data discrepancies, making sure everything aligns perfectly.
* Drive System Integrations:
Support seamless data migration and integration between platforms like Syrinx and NetSuite.
* Monitor & Improve:
Track data quality metrics and lead initiatives to continuously enhance our data processes.
* Support Digital Projects:
Play a vital role in new system rollouts and transformation initiatives, ensuring data is at the heart of change.
* Control Access & Audit Trails:
Manage data permissions, audit logs, and system configurations to maintain security and integrity.
Your Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related IT roles.
* Hands-on with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Syrinx, or similar.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
* Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
* Knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR) and compliance best practices.
* Self-starter who can work independently but loves teamwork.
* Comfortable in a hybrid work environment with occasional travel.
Desirable Extras (but not essential):
* Certifications like DAMA DMBOK, CDMP.
* Experience with data integration tools or ETL processes.
* Project management or change management experience.
* Familiarity with construction, logistics, or industrial sectors.
In Return:
* Salary:
£38,000 – £48,000 PA (depending on experience)
* Work Style:
Hybrid role with 2-3 days onsite in London.
