About the Role
As a supply teacher with Monarch Education, you will:
* Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (depending on your preference and experience)
* Adapt quickly to new school settings and follow established routines
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding, behaviour, and classroom management
* Work flexibly-choose the days that suit you
* Represent Monarch Education with professionalism and reliability
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Experience teaching across primary phases
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
* Availability to work within Oxford (OX1)
* Ability to undergo required compliance checks (see Important Information below)
