City Superhost is a fast-growing short-term property management company. We manage residential properties on platforms such as Airbnb and, offering homeowners a fully managed service so they can earn more from their properties with zero hassle.
We are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and building long-term relationships with our property owners. As we continue to grow our portfolio, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager.
THE ROLE
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in property management. No prior experience in short-term rentals is required — full training will be provided. You will work closely with our property management team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our portfolio of properties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist with the day-to-day management of our short-term rental properties
* Coordinate guest communications across platforms including Airbnb and
* Liaise with cleaning teams, maintenance contractors and key holders to ensure properties are guest-ready
* Help manage listing availability, pricing and calendar updates
* Support the check-in and check-out process for guests
* Carry out property inspections and report any issues
* Handle general administrative tasks and maintain accurate property records
* Assist with onboarding new properties onto our management portfolio
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual and able to manage multiple tasks at once
* Comfortable using smartphones, computers and online platforms
* Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
* A genuine interest in property, hospitality or customer service
* Previous customer service or administrative experience is desirable but not essential
* Full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential
