We’re looking for a caring, creative, and qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant / Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming Early Years setting in BS11, Bristol.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting the Early Years team in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities.
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support, nurturing children’s social, emotional, and language development.
* Assisting with daily routines, including snack times, outdoor play, and creative exploration.
* Encouraging independence, curiosity, and positive behaviour in every child.

About You:
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (essential).
* Experience working with children aged 2–5 in a nursery or primary school setting.
* A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach.
* Team player with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for Early Years learning.
