The Company
This market-leading manufacturer in the chilled food division supplies a wide range of delicious products. They are now seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to join their customer-focused team.
The Role
This varied and rewarding role involves being a vital member of a dynamic NPD team, creating products from concept to launch. You will understand customer needs, create concepts that match briefs, and incorporate new trends in this fast-paced market.
You will help prepare costings to ensure products are within budget and work with internal teams to ensure products meet quality standards.
You will conduct market reviews by monitoring competitors' ranges and identifying areas for development to contribute to the company's success.
The Person
We are looking for a proactive and passionate food graduate with experience as a Senior Technologist or NPD Manager, eager to develop their skills within the chilled sector.
Ideally, you will have a proven track record of developing products for brand, retail, and food service customers. Excellent presentation and project management skills, along with strong interpersonal skills, are essential for working closely with internal teams to drive projects forward.
