Our client is a highly respected advanced materials manufacturer, supplying innovative acoustic and thermal solutions into the global automotive sector is looking for a Group R&D Manager totakeownership of materials, product and process development. This is a rare opportunity to join at a senior level and directly influence future product and technology development. Key responsibilities as a Group R&D Manager: Lead the Group R&D strategy across multiple sites Drive development of new materials, products and processes Lead innovation activity around a proprietary nonwoven technology Manage testing, validation and technical compliance You will work cross-functionally across engineering, manufacturing, commercial and supply chain teams, while also collaborating with customers, suppliers and academic partners. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll also be responsible for developing a small technical team and ensuring innovation is delivered through to commercial success.
