This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, focused on continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing workstations. Package Salary up to £50,000 (dependent on experience) 33 days annual leave BUPA healthcare for you and your dependents Pension matched up to 6% Company performance bonus Flexible working when required Strong opportunities for development within the engineering team The Role Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes Review and improve production workflows across multiple workstations Analyse manufacturing data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance Support tooling improvements and engineering drawing reviews Work closely with cross-functional teams including quality and cost engineering Contribute to Lean and process improvement initiatives across the production environment Support and maintain strong HSEQ standards within manufacturing operations The Person Previous experience in a Manufacturing Engineering or similar role within a manufacturing environment Experience delivering process improvements or continuous improvement initiatives Good understanding of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process optimisation principles Ability to analyse manufacturing performance and implement practical improvements Relevant engineering qualification Want to find out more?
