Job Title: Head of Marketing & Campaigns (Mat Cover) Reporting to: Marketing Director Location: Working from home, with optional office day in London on Tuesdays Hours: Full-time and Part-time both considered This is a unique opportunity to join a hugely exciting start up going through an unprecedented stage of growth. Joining us at an incredibly exciting time, you’ll be responsible for owning and orchestrating all brand-building and acquisition-driving campaigns, ensuring every channel and function works together to deliver consistent, high-impact brand moments. You will also have oversight of our digital marketing function and be responsible for delivering PAID ads ROAS. This is perfect for a senior marketeer experienced in managing and coordinating a team of high-potential marketers, providing clear direction, prioritisation, and oversight to ensure strong, aligned delivery. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Who Are We? We balance and integrate work and life seamlessly, show up authentically, welcome everyone, so there is a strong sense of belonging. —————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— The Role We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Marketing professional to help us on our mission to make the world OBSESSED with beans. While this is a maternity cover, we see it as a significant opportunity for someone to make a real impact in a pivotal year for the brand and lead meaningful campaigns that help drive the next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities Campaign Calendar Ownership: build and manage the 12-18 month brand and activation calendar including hero campaigns, product launches and seasonal moments. Campaign Leadership: lead cross-functional briefing, timelines, creative alignment and delivery across all activation channels including Brand. ATL & OOH Planning: Alongside Marketing Director lead planning, briefing and media strategy for OOH, sponsorships and any other ATL formats. Brand Partnerships: Define brand partnership strategy and act as key point of contact for major partnership activations. Identify, negotiate and lead 360° partnerships that require experiential, retail or brand activation, whilst supporting Isobel on smaller scale executions. Digital & D2C Ownership: Lead end-to-end D2C strategy including content planning (paid/organic), UX, Shopify optimisation, subscription and loyalty architecture, email ecosystem and customer experience. Paid Digital Advertising Oversight and budget ownership: Oversee paid digital strategy and budget allocation, work with Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) and agency to integrate digital media plans into campaigns, ensuring sustainable ROAS and acquisition growth. Cross-functional Alignment: partner with sales, founder, operations and innovation to ensure these teams are fully aware of marketing activity campaigns, and that we are delivering integrated brand growth. KPI & Reporting: build campaign measurement frameworks and reporting across awareness, reach, acquisition and engagement. Manage monthly marketing KPI meeting campaign PIR presentations with commercial, to ensure team are constantly learning and improving, and communicate this to the business in an engaging and efficient manner. Experience Campaign leadership across brand and performance channels: You’ve led multi-channel campaigns from strategy through to execution — including ATL, digital, partnerships and owned channels, and know how to deliver impact across the full funnel. Experience managing and aligning cross-functional teams: You’re confident driving collaboration between creative, digital, commercial, and external partners to ensure integrated planning and seamless execution. Ownership of digital and D2C marketing strategies: You’ve worked closely on or owned areas like paid media, content, CRM, loyalty, or ecommerce, and understand how to grow and engage a D2C customer base.
