Are you a Life Changer? Do you want to lean in and transform the life of a child? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Psychologist to join one of our specialist residential homes. The role involves delivering the New Ways therapeutic programme and supporting residential staff to achieve therapeutic goals.

Requirements
* A Recognised Masters in Psychology.
* An active, energetic, creative, outgoing character.
* Good communication skills and fluent in English speaking.
* A full driving licence.
Preferred Experience
* Therapeutic work with children.
* Group work with young people.
* Trauma focussed cognitive behavioural therapy (TF-CBT).
* Applying psychometric tests, self‑report measures, rating scales, direct and indirect structured observations and semi‑structured interviews with service users.
