We are looking for a highly motivated nurse with experience in caring for patients with palliative care needs and at the end of their life. You will provide advice and support to palliative care patients as part of a supportive and well-established team.
The service working hours are Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday. You will be required to work flexibly to help provide the 7 day service, working weekends on a rotational basis.
