Strict (mandatory) Candidate Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience with M365 Technologies, including Defender, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, and Intune
* Demonstrable experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
* Passed the MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator certification exam or able to demonstrate an active commitment to achieving this qualification at the point of application
* Excellent written and spoken English, at native or near-native proficiency
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consistently professional and positive attitude
* Ability to work on-site in Chorleywood, Herts; must live within reasonable commuting distance
* Passion for technology, demonstrated through ongoing professional development and a record of handling complex technical challenges
* Respectful, sociable outlook and an effective, collaborative team player
* Track record of dedication, reliability, and delivering on commitments in a demanding technical environment
What will your role look like?
* Design, implement, and support bespoke, advanced cloud solutions in a collaborative environment
* Configure and deploy hardware and/or networking equipment to high standards
* Manage effective relationships with third-party vendors and stakeholders as required
* Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely
* Oversee user subscriptions, accounts, permissions, and settings for a diverse portfolio of cloud services
* Carry out M365/Intune/Defender tenant implementation and administration tasks
* Design and implement SharePoint solutions tailored to complex organisational needs
* Develop and manage security solutions, including policy design and compliance management
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal management systems and professional services processes
* Engage with consultancy, pre-sales, and account management activities, supporting the business’s commercial growth and client relationships
* Influence the organisation’s technical fluency in key areas such as AI, Data Governance, and Compliance Frameworks
