The Role
We are a leading interior architecture studio specializing in high-end, transformativecommercial workplace environments. We are seeking a talented MidweightInterior Technical Designer with a passion for detail and a mastery of 3D BIMworkflows to join our delivery team.In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative concept and technical reality,taking lead on technical packages for large-scale office fit-outs and ensuring ourvision is executed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive 3D models and detailed technical drawing packages foroffice fit-outs using ArchiCAD or Revit.Produce accurate construction documentation including partitions, reflectedceiling plans, joinery details, and finishes schedules.Coordinate with external consultants (MEP, Structural) to ensure seamlessintegration of services within the interior design.Conduct site surveys and attend progress meetings to ensure design intent ismaintained throughout the construction phase.Specializing in 3D Office Fit-Out & Commercial Architecture

Contribute to the evolution of the firm's BIM standards and 3D librarycomponents.
Requirements
Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in interior architecture ortechnical design, specifically within the commercial/workplace sector.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit (Essential). Abilityto work within a BIM environment and manage complex 3D models.Knowledge: Deep understanding of UK Building Regulations, interiorconstruction methods, and material performance.Detail Oriented: A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality technical detailingand joinery design.Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with designers and contractorseffectively.
