Role Overview
We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Concession Manager to lead our Menswear Corner at Harrods. This is a key position within our retail structure, responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, driving commercial performance, and managing a high-performing team within the unique framework of a department store setting.
Your Contribution to the Role
* Drive sales performance and consistently achieve or exceed commercial targets and KPIs
* Ensure efficient day-to-day operations in collaboration with Harrods floor management and internal retail teams
* Monitor key operational metrics including stock levels, sell-through rates, and shrinkage control
* Guarantee an outstanding client experience by leading by example and coaching the team on clienteling and service standards
* Build and maintain strong relationships with top clients, supporting long-term loyalty and retention
* Recruit, onboard, and continuously develop team members to ensure high engagement and performance
* Manage staff schedules and coverage in accordance with both brand and Harrods policies
* Maintain impeccable visual merchandising in line with seasonal guidelines and collection focus
* Ensure the concession area is always tidy, organized, and aligned with brand presentation standards
* Communicate effectively with head office and Harrods support teams, including Buying, VM, and Operations
What You Bring to the Team
* Previous experience as a Store or Concession Manager, preferably in a luxury retail or department store setting
* Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets
* Solid understanding of inventory management, replenishment cycles, and stockroom procedures
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
* A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, especially in a high-traffic retail environment
* Fluency in English; other languages are considered an asset
