To lead the Sales and Operations Planning process & to monitor performance
To lead cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and finance, to ensure that S&OP plans are aligned with business objectives
To ensure the development and deployment of tools to support the S&OP process
To prepare and lead: the demand meetings per market, the monthly pre-executive meeting & the monthly executive S&OP meetings & ensure key outputs from S&OP process are provided to internal and external stakeholders for execution.
To lead the weekly "volume review" and S&OP governance meetings
To ensure the right asset recovery
To contribute to Continuous Improvement workshops which are identified through the S&OP process, or have an impact on the S&OP process
Experience working in Supply Chain - Operations, preferably 3 +years
Fluency in English
Solid experience of Operations
Knowledge of ERP/ Demand planning
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes
Knowledge of Power BI
Great communication skills and ability to have a tailored approach with Production as well as to Sales
Great ability to move from a global vision to a detailed vision
Great ability to lead and implement change: Leadership, influence, communication
