A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICE ASSISTANT AT OUR HOTEL What you'll be doing Create reservations and manage booking on the systems. Deal with travel agent bookings, vouchers and credit requests, ensuring that the hotel's policy is adhered to at all times. Accurate and timely responses to guests, clients and agents in line with our brand standards. Update reservations, to input and record cancellations and amendments, making sure all bookings are accurate. Checking arrivals for following day To be fully conversant with rate groups and sales accounts procedures. Completing other projects when and if required within the Reservations Manager.
