Location : Multi Sites across the Norwich region.
Hours : 40 hours per week.
Monday to Friday.
What will you be responsible for? As a Handyperson, youll be working within the Workplace Solutions team, supporting them with general maintenance and repairs across a number of educational facilities.
This is a mobile role that covers sites across the Norwich region.
Your day to day will include: Carrying out maintenance such as fixing loose carpeting, hanging and re-fixing items to walls, patching paintwork and minor drain blockages, toilet seat re-fixing and replacements, re-fixing door handles, loose hinges/items, replace slats in blinds, shower fixings and rails, Small scale movement of furniture and boxes, Reporting any defect or breakdown to the helpdesk and record the instance in the site log book and proactively review outstanding work and update as necessary, Carrying out reactive calls & daily inspections of the site as directed, action any issues arising regarding maintenance defects generated from the helpdesk, You may be required to cover Caretaker facilities when needed.
