We are looking for a Contracts & Tenders Manager to join our team in Harwell on a permanent, full-time contract.

The primary role of the Tender & Contracts Manager is to leadand coordinateResmedUK’s NHS tendering activity and contract lifecycle management, ensuring compliant, high-quality commercial submissions and robust contractual governance.
ReportingintotheUKI Country Manager, this role works closely with Sales, Commercial, Legal, Operations, Product, and Delivery teams to secure successful NHS tenders and manage contracts across frameworks and direct awards. The role supportsResmed’sgrowth in medical devices and digital health by ensuring that commercial opportunities are pursuedeffectively,contracts are well governed, and procurement risk is proactively managed.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities:
Tender Management (Medical Devices & Digital Health)
1. Lead the end-to-end NHS tender process including opportunity identification, qualification, bid strategy, authoring, submission, and post-submission clarifications.
2. Ensure full compliance with NHS procurement requirements, frameworks, and evaluation criteria.
3. Develop clear, compelling bid responses that articulate clinical value, patient outcomes, and commercial competitiveness.
4. Coordinate inputs from Sales, Product, Clinical, Operations, and Legal teams.
Contract Lifecycle Management
5. Review, negotiate, and support execution of contracts across NHS frameworks and direct awards.
6. Maintain and manage contract registers, renewals, variations, and obligations.
7. Partner with Account Managers to support contract performance and commercial review meetings.
8. Identifyand mitigate contractual risks.
Governance, Compliance & Readiness
9. Maintain a central bid library with case studies, certifications, and standard responses.
10. Respond to due diligence, supplier onboarding, and Information Governance requirements.
11. Monitor NHS procurement policy changes and ensure ongoing tender readiness.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
Required:
12. 5+ years in digital health and medical devices, with demonstrable success in winning NHS tenders
13. Deep knowledge of NHS frameworks and platforms: G-Cloud, LLP,Atamis,Proactis, Jaggaer, etc.
14. Strong writing, commercial analysis, and project coordination skills
15. Confident contract negotiator with knowledge of NHS SLAs, SoWs, GDPR, and information governance
16. Comfortable engaging across internal teams and with NHS procurement and contract leads
Preferred:
17. APMP or equivalent certification
18. Familiarity with CRM and bid platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
19. Legal, commercial, or procurement-related qualification
