We’relookingforanexperiencedSitePlannertojointhedeliveryteamonahigh-profileindustrialfacilityinSunderland.Thisisafantasticopportunitytotakeownershipoftheprojectschedule,coordinatemultiplecontractors,andprovideclear,data-driveninsightsthatwilldirectlyinfluencethesuccessfuldeliveryoftheprogramme.
With3daysonsite(restfromhome),you’llbefullyembeddedwiththeconstructionandprojectteams,gaininghands-onexposuretofast-moving,complexprojects.
Inthisrole,you’llberesponsibleformaintainingandupdatingtheintegratedprojectscheduleinPrimaveraP6,integratingcontractorandsupplierprogrammes,monitoringprogress,andidentifyingcriticalpaths,dependencies,andrisks.You’llprepareclearreportsanddashboardstosupportdecision-making,attendandpresentatcoordinationmeetings,andhelpensureasinglesourceoftruthacrossallprogrammeinformation.You’llalsocontributetoriskidentification,mitigationplanning,andschedulereviews,helpingtheteamstayaheadofchallengesanddeliverefficiently.
What we’re looking for:
* 5+years’projectplanningexperience,ideallyasaSitePlanneronlarge-scaleconstruction,industrial,orhigh-techprojects
* StrongexperiencewithPrimaveraP6andExcel,includingdataanalysisandreporting
* Abilitytoworkcollaborativelywithcontractors,suppliers,andprojectteamstodrivedelivery
* Experienceinfast-paced,complex,orhigh-techenvironmentsisastrongadvantage
* Strongproblem-solving,criticalthinking,andcommunicationskills
