No two days will be the same supporting young people to achieve their best. Tasks include cooking, cleaning, participating in activities and games, taking young people to appointments, managing challenging behaviors, or simply sitting and watching TV with them.
Our goal is to create a positive, relaxed home environment where young people feel safe, supported, and listened to. Experience in residential care is advantageous but not essential. Please note this role involves shift work, including sleep-ins at the home, covering evenings, weekends, and holidays, shared among staff.
