Your role as Contact Centre Sales Manager at Direct365 will involve:
1. Evolving Direct365’s customer offering to enable rapid growth in customer numbers, value, and customer satisfaction.
2. Daily management of the Inbound Telesales, Business Development and Retention Teams.
3. Defining and enhancing the sales, business development and retention strategies, implementing the plan to maximise sustainable growth.
4. Working with the Business Analysts using customer insight (customer numbers, satisfaction, value) to deliver growth.
5. Identifying and scoping out opportunities for new ranges and service lines to complement current ranges, with clear accurate launch plans.
6. Evaluation of market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
7. Assessing working practices in sales and retention, working with the Customer Experience Manager to attain continuous improvement in the customer experience.
8. Identifying any technological improvements needed with the departments.
9. Working with the Senior Management Team to evolve the customer journey, defining key performance measures, areas for improvement and developing solutions.
The ideal candidate will have:
10. At least 3 years’ experience in a Telesales Team Management role, with hands-on Business Development or Retentions knowledge, and demonstrable experience of success.
11. A deep understanding of solution selling methods and techniques.
12. Strong organisational communication and negotiation skills at all levels.
13. An ability to formulate clear strategy, implement and deliver plans for enhanced growth and customer experience, with a proactive, determined, and involved approach
14. The ability to listen and articulate issues confidently yet sensitively, influencing effectively throughout the organisation.
15. As part of the Senior Management Team, you’ll be instrumental in the strategic direction of the team and key functions within the business. The role is office based to support Team Leaders and the wider team.
