Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
Our team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), one of the most modern of its kind in Europe; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technologies and racing passion; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, operational this year. Neuburg provides our Power Unit, while Hinwil handles chassis development and race operations.

This position is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.
Your mission
* Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding approvals, social insurance, and time tracking
* Create and manage employment contracts in collaboration with HR business partners
* Record illness and accident data, coordinate with external parties, and maintain the time tracking system
* Plan and execute the monthly Welcome Event for new employees
* Organize exit interviews and prepare reference letters
* Support payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary payments
* Assist in developing and optimizing HR processes
* Maintain high quality and accuracy of HR data, updating employee information regularly
* Participate in HR projects and support the implementation of company strategies
Your profile
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
* Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security systems
* Independent, detail-oriented, and reliable work style
* Experience with SAP, preferably SAP Fiori, and Personio
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
* Strong IT affinity for upcoming digitalization projects
* Excellent service orientation and ability to work with an international team
* Fluent in English and German
