About the Role
Think FE is recruiting an Engineering Lecturer (Engineering Manufacturing) to join a well‑established Further Education provider from early January. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and industry‑relevant Engineering Manufacturing sessions across Levels 1, 2 and 3, helping to prepare students for future careers in manufacturing and engineering disciplines.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver high‑quality Engineering Manufacturing teaching and assessment in line with curriculum plans.
Support learners across City & Guilds Engineering Manufacturing programmes (Levels 1, 2 and 3).
Plan, prepare and mark work to meet departmental standards and curriculum requirements.
Maintain accurate records and contribute positively to student progress and outcomes.
Liaise effectively with colleagues to ensure consistency of delivery and standards. About You
We are seeking candidates with:
Experience in Turning, Hand Skills and Maintenance.
Relevant engineering qualifications at Level 3 or above.
A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards it.
A commitment to student success and professional development.

Contract Details
Start: Week commencing 5th January (likely Monday 12th January)
Duration: Up to 6 months initially
Hours: Flexible – full‑time and part‑time considered
