Job Requirements We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team within our PassMeFast brand, driving performance, and exceed forecasted sales numbers. This role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance productivity. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the sales system is functioning effectively and optimising processes for efficiency gains. • Proven experience leading sales teams in a high pace environment, ideally within an ecommerce or retail sales environment. • Track record working successfully in an outbound sales environment. • Strong understanding of sales strategies with a track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and developing sales professionals to maximise their potential. • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and data analytics to drive informed decision making. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, maintaining focus under pressure and adapting to evolving business needs.
