In this role, you will support students with physical disabilities and complex medical needs, enabling them to achieve meaningful independence and personal development. Key Responsibilities: Assist students with daily living activities, including personal care, mealtime assistance, and mobility support. Implement and follow care plans to ensure the well-being and safety of students. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support.
