We’re looking for a detail‑focused Compliance Officer to join our friendly Compliance team in North Leigh.
At Jurni Leasing, we’re growing fast. We are one of the UK’s largest vehicle leasing brokers with offices across the country. We have access to all vehicle manufacturers and funders, enabling us to provide our customers with any vehicle, anywhere, anytime, anyhow.
We’re looking for a detail‑focused Compliance Officer to join our friendly Compliance team in North Leigh. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build or continue a career in compliance, risk, or regulatory work within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
* Support risk and compliance activities across the business
* Review customer communications (emails, calls, social media)
* Review advertisements to ensure compliance standards are met
* Identify trends and anomalies in customer data
* Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documentation
* Work closely with colleagues across different departments
Skills and requirements
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Good analytical and problem‑solving ability
* Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt
Experience in an FCA-regulated environmentor the vehicle leasing industryis desirable but not essential.

This role is permanent, full‑time (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) and based in North Leigh, Witney. The salary for this role is up to £30,000 per annum.
