What You'll Be Doing: Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with SEMH needs, using physical activity and movement-based learning to engage and motivate Leading or assisting with outdoor and active learning sessions Supporting classroom learning and behaviour management alongside experienced staff Helping the pupil develop confidence, independence, and positive social skills Collaborating with teachers, SENDCo, and parents to ensure consistent support ✅ What We're Looking For: Experience working with children, ideally in a primary or coaching environment A calm, patient, and nurturing approach to behaviour support Strong communication and teamwork skills A passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning An understanding of SEND, particularly SEMH, ADHD, or ASC (training provided) A PE or coaching background is highly desirable Qualifications & Experience: A degree in Physical Education, Sports Coaching, or equivalent experience is a plus Experience supporting children with SEND is advantageous Willingness to learn and take part in in-class training (e.g., literacy schemes, behaviour strategies) Why Join Monarch Education?
