An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded, independent cost consultancy based in the City of London.
This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about progressing their career within a professional consultancy environment and keen to work on a fast-track roll out programme from the outset.
The opportunity:
You will join a dynamic and collaborative team delivering a high-profile, fast-paced roll out programme. This will provide exposure to repeat project delivery, cost planning, commercial reporting and stakeholder engagement in a structured consultancy setting.
You will be involved in:
* Cost planning and estimating
* Procurement and tender documentation
* Contract administration support
* Commercial reporting and valuations
* Variations and final account preparation
* Client and contractor liaison
This role offers genuine responsibility from day one, alongside strong mentorship and structured APC support.
About you:
* Degree or MSc in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management (or similar)
* 12 months plus experience as a quantity surveyor
* Ideally part-way through your APC and committed to achieving MRICS
* Experience within a consultancy or client-side environment (preferred)
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Motivated, career-driven and keen to progress
