This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager - Ecommerce at Liberon. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth. This role is based in New Romney but allows for some work from home.
Develop relationships with new and existing major ecommerce customers.
Create sales strategies for each major client.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Key Accounts and Account Management skills
