Here at GXO, we are on the search for a Team Leader to join our team in Dundee on our Virgin Media Contract.
This role is perfect for a motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you have strong people skills, a keen eye for efficiency, and a passion for driving team performance, then we want to hear from you!
Youll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 07:00 16:00.

What youll do on a typical day:
Daily supervision of a team of operatives and agency staff in the department
Ensure all the staff are involved in the success of the operation through continual feedback and positive communication
Prioritise warehouse duties to ensure that the productivity levels and deadlines are achieved
To ensure that the areas of operational responsibility run in line with plans and are completed on schedule to the standards required by the company and the customer
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Logistics Team Leader experience in a fast-moving environment
Strong warehouse system experience
Leadership qualities including the ability to enthuse and motivate
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
