Are you passionate about sport, movement and helping young people thrive? We’re looking for a Sporty Teaching Assistant who can bring energy, confidence and creative physical activities into pupils’ daily routines while supporting their broader learning.
What you’ll be doing
1. Supporting pupils during PE, games and active learning sessions
2. Helping pupils access lessons through movement-based strategies
3. Assisting with behaviour and engagement in both classroom and outdoor settings
4. Encouraging teamwork, resilience and confidence through sport
5. Supporting safe use of equipment and clear routines
We’re looking for someone who
6. Enjoys working with children and young people
7. Has a sporting background, leadership experience or coaching experience
8. Can motivate pupils with positive encouragement
9. Works well in a team and keeps calm under pressure

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
